BODYSCULPT ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Leo Ledden, trading as BODYSCULPT, United Kingdom. We operate the BODYSCULPT mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account information such as name, email address, and role (coach or client)
- Profile and studio branding information for coaches
- Fitness, nutrition, body metrics, and activity data you choose to log or sync from connected devices
- Messages, check-ins, progress photos, and other content shared between coaches and clients
- Payment and subscription information processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card details on our servers)
We also automatically collect certain technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app usage events, and crash logs, to improve reliability and security.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the BODYSCULPT platform
- Enable coach–client relationships, plan assignment, messaging, and progress tracking
- Sync data from connected wearables and scales when you authorize a connection
- Send service-related communications, including activation codes and account notices
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- Between coaches and their linked clients, as required for the coaching service
- With service providers who assist us (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations
- When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BODYSCULPT, our users, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us. Some information may be retained as required for legal, security, or backup purposes.

BODYSCULPT is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place when data is transferred internationally.
